Subject: o Changing the LED pullups to be connected to the battery instead of
 the 3.3 V regulated power supply. The power supply can only regulate 100 mA
 and the ESP8266 need about 80 mA when transmitting alone. o Renaming the
 GERBER edge cut layer to gml instead, should be compliant with what
 Seeedstudio's Fusion service require.
