Doc/examples: clarify usage messages
Update/bugfix the "hello" example; emphasize using EBNF syntax, matching the User's Guide. Correct the Texinfo style guide to say EBNF, not BNF. Signed-off-by: David Brownell <dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net>
