NOR/SPEAr: Add support for Serial NOR

Add support and documentation for STMicroelectronics
SPEAr Serial Memory Interface (SMI).
Code tested on SPEAr3xx only.

+space; each external device is mapped in a memory bank.
+CPU can directly read data, execute code and boot from SMI banks.
