Michael Fischer spotted a problem in the reset routines for srst_pulls_trst. It is a bit of a mystery why this was only visible w/LPC2148.
Embedded ICE registers are now set up after SRST pulls TRST. git-svn-id: svn://svn.berlios.de/openocd/trunk@650 b42882b7-edfa-0310-969c-e2dbd0fdcd60
