remove "-ircapture 0x1 -irmask 0x1" from stm32.cfg
Gets rid of the runtime warning "stm32.bs: nonstandard IR mask" [dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net: line lengths, note issue, section ref] Signed-off-by: David Brownell <dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net>
