jtag: jtag_add_ir_scan() now takes a single field
In the code a single field was all that was ever used. Makes jtag_add_ir_scan() simpler and leaves more complicated stuff to jtag_add_plain_ir_scan(). Signed-off-by: Øyvind Harboe <oyvind.harboe@zylin.com>
